Assessment request privacy notice
This notice explains how Emerald Coast Roofscapes handles information submitted through its commercial roof assessment request form.
Information we receive
The form asks for your name, contact details, company or property information, and details about your roofing concern or assessment request. It may also record the page you came from and campaign or ad identifiers associated with the request.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you by phone or email about the property and next steps, and maintain a record of the inquiry. Sending the form does not schedule a visit. We do not use this form as permission to send promotional text messages, automated calls, or recurring marketing email.
Where it goes
Jotform collects and stores the form submission for Emerald Coast Roofscapes. It is configured to send a submission notification to Parker Byrd at Emerald Coast Roofscapes by email and an acknowledgment to the email address entered on the form. Our private CRM is planned for later use and is not currently part of this form's submission flow. We use these service providers to operate the form and receive the request.
Advertising measurement
A Meta browser pixel on the assessment form may send a Lead event after a successful submission. Meta may receive browser and campaign identifiers, including an IP address and browser details. We do not intentionally send your contact, property, or roofing answers to Meta through this pixel. Ad campaign identifiers may also be recorded with a submitted request so we can understand which source brought it to us. We may use an ad click identifier and accepted-request time to measure results in Google Ads; these are not used to send promotional messages from this form.
How long we keep it
We retain assessment request information for three years under Emerald Coast Roofscapes' company records policy. Parker can answer questions about a particular request.
