The Gulf Coast Supply sheet describes Eavespan in perforated and non-perforated forms.
Eavespan is offered in 24-gauge steel and .032-inch aluminum in the supplied literature, with more than 30 colors plus mill finish listed. A smooth surface and coordinated color can connect roof overhangs with adjacent metal roofing and fascia. Confirm the currently available material, finish and panel details before ordering.
Perforated soffit can provide intake ventilation where the roof design requires it. Solid soffit serves areas where ventilation is not intended. Net-free ventilation area, intake and exhaust balance, and conditions behind the soffit govern the layout; appearance alone should not determine it.
The Eavespan sheet describes the soffit product. Fascia trim, supporting framing, attachment, corners and transitions need their own dimensions and details. Review salt exposure and compatible metals when the property is near the water.
Confirm the current product, installation requirements and written warranty for your property. Manufacturer testing and approvals apply to the listed assemblies and conditions.
